DESCRIPTION:In this workshop, we want to support you in keeping track of the costs and expenses of your project and convey important knowledge in order to secure smooth accounting. This workshop is for persons who already have prior knowledge of Excel and project management experience. The event will be held in English and on site as a face-to-face event.\nManage your finances: Keeping an eye on subsidies and expenses\nYour funded project is up and running. But how do you keep an eye on costs and expenses? Based on the submitted financial plan this workshop will give you practical advice and tools to keep your finances under control. What could an excel spreadsheet look like? What do I have to consider right from the start in terms of accounting? How do I deal with a cash box? \nIn this workshop I will introduce you to controlling for artistic projects and help you design your own spreadsheet for it. \nPlease note: You will need a current version of Excel on your laptop and should have prior knowledge of Excel and project management experience. \nWho is it for? \n\nIndividual artists of all disciplines \nProject leaders with venues/Project Spaces\n\nLevel:\nAdvanced – previous knowledge of Excel and experience in project management should be available\nAccessibility information:\nThe event will be held in English and on site as a face-to-face event.\nCosts/participation fee:\nParticipation is free of charge.
